Coaches can offer their expertise, communicate with Coachees, and provide coaching sessions through our platform.

User Responsibilities a. Coachees: As a Coachee, you are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process. You agree to use Cupid Gurus solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. You are solely responsible for any interactions, communication, and decisions made with Coaches. We recommend using caution and common sense when engaging with Coaches.

Coaches: As a Coach, you represent and warrant that you possess the necessary qualifications, experience, and expertise to provide dating coaching services. You agree to maintain professional conduct, adhere to ethical standards, and provide accurate information about your services. You are responsible for delivering coaching services in a timely and satisfactory manner.

User Conduct a. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following activities: Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights. Impersonating any person or entity or providing false information. Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users. Transmitting or posting any content that is defamatory, obscene, or offensive. Interfering with or disrupting the operation of Cupid Gurus or the services. Collecting or storing personal data of other users without their consent. Communication: You acknowledge and agree that any communication between Coachees and Coaches through Cupid Gurus is at your own risk. We do not endorse, guarantee, or verify the accuracy, quality, or suitability of any communication or advice provided.

Payments and Fees a. Payment Processing: We may provide payment processing services through third-party providers. By using Cupid Gurus, you agree to the applicable terms and conditions of these third-party providers. Service Fees: Coaches may charge fees for their coaching services. The fees and payment terms will be agreed upon between the Coachee and the Coach. Cupid Gurus is not responsible for any disputes or issues arising from the payment arrangements between Coachees and Coaches.

Intellectual Property a. Platform Content: All content provided on Cupid Gurus, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Cupid Gurus or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of such content without prior written consent.

User Content: You retain ownership of any content you provide or upload to Cupid Gurus. By posting or providing content, you grant Cupid Gurus a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute the content for the purposes of operating and promoting Cupid Gurus.

User-Generated Content Disclaimer:

Cupid Gurus is a platform that allows users to generate and exchange content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and messages. We do not actively monitor or control the content generated by our users. Therefore, we disclaim any liability for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of user-generated content. Users are solely responsible for the content they create, post, or share on our platform.

Cupid Gurus does not endorse or guarantee the quality, safety, or suitability of user-generated content. Users should exercise caution, discretion, and common sense when interacting with or relying on content provided by other users. We strongly encourage users to report any content that violates our terms or community guidelines.

Personal Responsibility: Coachees are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and choices when working with a dating coach. Cupid Gurus is not responsible for the consequences of these decisions or actions.

Advice and Guidance: Coachees should consider the advice and guidance provided by dating coaches as suggestions and not as absolute directives. Ultimately, the decisions made by Coachees are their own, and they should use their judgment and discretion.

Cupid Gurus reserves the right to remove or take action against content that violates our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or any applicable laws or regulations. However, our ability to identify and address such violations may be limited, and we do not assume any obligation to do so.

By using Cupid Gurus, you acknowledge and agree that you may encounter user-generated content that you find objectionable, inaccurate, or harmful. You further agree that Cupid Gurus shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or harm arising from user-generated content or interactions with other users on our platform.

Termination by Cupid Gurus: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Cupid Gurus, in whole or in part, at our discretion and without prior notice. Reasons for termination may include violation of this Agreement, illegal or fraudulent activities, or any conduct that we deem harmful or disruptive to the platform or other users.

Ownership Information Cupid Gurus is owned by Utopian Venture Partners, and references to “Cupid Gurus,” “we,” “our,” or “us” in this Agreement refer to Cupid Gurus, a subsidiary of Utopian Venture Partners.

Disclaimer of Warranties Cupid Gurus provides the platform and services on an “as-is” basis. We do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, advice, or information provided by Coaches or other users. Your use of Cupid Gurus is at your own risk, and we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cupid Gurus, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Cupid Gurus. This limitation applies to any claims, damages, or losses incurred, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cupid Gurus and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of Cupid Gurus, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any third-party rights.

No Guarantee of Results: Cupid Gurus does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from using our platform or engaging with our Coaches. The success of dating coaching services may vary from person to person, and we do not make any promises regarding the effectiveness of our services.
Third-Party Links: Cupid Gurus may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content or practices of these third-party sites. Your interactions with third-party websites are governed by their respective terms and policies.
Disclaimer Regarding Coaches’ Advice: The advice and guidance provided by Coaches on Cupid Gurus are for informational and educational purposes only. It should not be considered as professional, medical, or legal advice. Always seek the advice of qualified professionals for any specific concerns.
No Background Checks: Cupid Gurus does not conduct background checks on Coaches or Coachees. We strongly recommend conducting your own due diligence and research before engaging in coaching sessions or any in-person meetings with other users of the platform.
Technical Issues: While we strive to provide a reliable platform, Cupid Gurus is not responsible for any technical issues, interruptions, or downtime that may occur. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical problems promptly.
Limited Liability for User Disputes: Any disputes, conflicts, or disagreements between Coachees and Coaches are solely between the parties involved. Cupid Gurus does not mediate or intervene in such disputes and is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from them.
No Agency Relationship: Your use of Cupid Gurus does not create an agency, partnership, employment, or joint venture relationship between you and Cupid Gurus. Coaches are independent contractors, and Cupid Gurus is not responsible for their actions or omissions.
No Liability for User Content: Cupid Gurus is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of user-generated content, including profiles, messages, and reviews. Users are encouraged to report any inappropriate content, but Cupid Gurus cannot guarantee the removal of such content.
No Responsibility for Events Beyond Our Control: Cupid Gurus is not liable for any delays, failures, or interruptions in service caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or internet service provider issues.

“Refund Policy:

All sales made on Cupid Gurus are final. Once a payment is made for any services, including but not limited to coaching sessions, subscriptions, or other offerings on our platform, it is non-refundable, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Cupid Gurus does not offer refunds for reasons including, but not limited to, user dissatisfaction with services, changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or any other reason.

We strongly recommend that users carefully consider their purchases and commitments before making any payments on our platform. It is the responsibility of users to review service descriptions, fees, and any applicable terms provided by Coaches or service providers before completing a transaction.

In the event of technical issues or errors related to payment processing, please contact our support team for assistance. We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve such issues promptly.

By using Cupid Gurus and making any payments on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to our no-refund policy. This Refund Policy is an integral part of our Terms of Use Agreement and applies to all users of Cupid Gurus.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].
