1. Repeat Infringers Cupid Gurus reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. If a user’s account has been terminated for copyright infringement, they may not create another account without explicit permission from Cupid Gurus.

We rely on the information provided by the parties involved. Cupid Gurus is not responsible for any damages or liability that may arise from the handling of copyright infringement claims.

No Liability for Misidentification: “Cupid Gurus is not liable for any damages, losses, or legal consequences that may arise if a copyright holder misidentifies material as infringing or if a user submits a counter-notification in error. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their claims and counter-notifications.”
4. No Liability for Content Removal: “Cupid Gurus is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the removal or disabling of content due to copyright infringement claims.
