Ana A.I first graduated from Salvador University in Argentina, but I felt that I needed a broader approach to my sessions. I then did the specialization in Psychodrama and later on, still wishing to explore more on the body mind integration path I went on to becoming a Bioenergetic Body Therapist.

I believe that the relation with our body and self expression are widely related with our self awareness and hence wellbeing. For the past ten years I have been working on my sessions on improving the relationship with Oneself, which is directed related to the relationships we can forge with others.
